My April entry for D-Lish Scraps.

 

The colours and design were so much fun to work with.  I bought the "just add paper" kits which had some fun little things to play with.  I also loved the coloured wire but I think I need a bit more practice with it.  

Inspirtational Cards

 

 

Some Inspirtational cards for Lulu Art.  These cards will be put with packs of Care items for Women in need.  What a wonderful idea.

The clock

 

This is a clock I put together about 5yrs ago.  It had been sitting in the cardboard for about 1yr and thought it was time for a revamp.

It is now on display at Bella Paperie at Brendal In Qld.

The papers are Graphic 45 and the colours are stunning.  Had lots of fun with the stencils, mists and paints.  Hands got very dirty with this one.

I have turned the sketch around to create this one and the colours were so much fun to work with.

Come Play

March take on Once Upon a sketch.

I am very happy with the way the brick wall turned out.  Playing around with another new product from Golden.  It is there Glass beads paste, which I applied with a stencil which already has so brown sprays on it.  I waited for it to dry and then put some more sprays over top to give it the depth.  And the glass beads are where the sparkle is from.

Also on the chipboard I used Rusting powder which is applied with versamark and then sprinkled overtop and sprayed with vinegar.  I then put crackle paste over the butterflies to give them some extra texture.

Everyone loves driving in the car doesn't matter what age they are.

 Our cute little boy at about 9 months old.  The hair stood up until he was about 13months old.
